All Babila Star Products are infused, mixed, bottled and labelled by hand, therefore our skincare products are made to order.
This ensures that all of our products remain fresh.
Due to the nature of this process with our products and ingredients once the purchase has been received by the customer the sale will be final.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You the customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. (unless an item has been damaged during transit) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot be responsible for lost items.
