All Babila Star Products are infused, mixed, bottled and labelled by hand, therefore our skincare products are made to order.
This ensures that all of our products remain fresh.
Due to the nature of this process with our products and ingredients once the purchase has been received by the customer the sale will be final.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@babilastar.com
